"We had a wonderful stay at Arenal Kioro Suites & Spa and were very happy with our experience. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and offer plenty of space to relax. One of the highlights for us was the beautiful garden with its hot springs – a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay. Everyone we met, both at the reception and in the restaurant, was always friendly, attentive, and very accommodating. We felt genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. A beautiful hotel in a fantastic setting near Arenal Volcano. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Arenal Kioro Suites & Spa! 🌿🌋♨️"

"The hotel is beautiful, hot springs are great and you also have access to the other ones down the road. My skin feels amazing after spending the day here. Restaurant had great food. All the staff speak English and are very friendly and professional. Rooms are dated but the bed + pillow was really comfortable. Hot tub in the room was a cool touch but didn’t personally use it."

"An outstanding experience in Arenal. I had the ability to stay at their Villa, and it was incredible experience that was one my highlights in Arenal/La Fortuna. The service was unparalleled. Every staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. Special shoutouts to Julio and Jefferson. Julio helped us with booking all of our expeditions. A phone call resulted in a shuttle arriving. Within 2 minutes to pick us up to take us to the reception/dining area. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Lunch was equally wonderful. The cocktails and speed of service made the place even more enjoyable. The views were breathtaking and made for wonderful photographs. If visiting Arenal, you have to stay here. The on property hot springs were relaxing. The hotel does have an affiliation with Tituko (5 mins shuttle ride) for a more expansive hot springs experience, but our group was very pleased with the drinks and service at the hotel…so we were very content with staying at Kioro. Trust me, the Villa here is amazing and the price point was very reasonable for a Villa experience."
