"I had a bad fall & needed an assessment & an Xray whilst on day 1 of my holiday. I WhatsApp the clinic at 11pm & instantly received advice. 8am the next morning I saw the doctor who confirmed 3 fractures requiring surgery. The wonderful Drta Karen arranged transfer & surgery the next day & delt with the insurance company. To my surprise she accompanied me to the hospital the next day via ambulance 3 hours away. She translated for me & even came to the medical ward - waited for my surgery & returned me to my hotel at midnight. I was overwhelmed with the Fortuna Medical Clinic staff & service. The male nurse was also caring and professional & gave a comfortable transfer. Sorry so long a review.."

Dr. Gomez and his EMT Miguel Fernandez are some of the best people you will meet in your life. They handled the situation expertly. They even kept our rental car to give it back to the renter. Dr. Gomez is amazing as a person and also as a doctor. You won’t be deceived. His assistant EMT Miguel supported my wife all along, helped her with the car and the luggage. This medical center is the best."
